October 22- 26 Red Ribbon Week Healthy Choice Activities & Jump for Heart

Our Red Ribbon Week Theme is Making Healthy Choices. We will culminate the Week with a Special Jump for Heart Celebration.

Monday   Lifeguards will run with students during the running club and present about healthy lufestyles during morning announcements.

 

Tuesday   Healthy Snack Day. O.B. People's Co-Op will provide healthy snacks at recess.

 

Wednesday   O.B. Martial Arts will run during running club and perform during announcements.   Wear RED to represent healthy choices.

 

Thursday  Yoga for the day!  Classes will have a short yoga introduction class. Eat a healthy dinner and Family Dining Night - SOUPLANTATION. Bring flyer from 5:00-8:00 p.m. to the Point Loma Souplantation.

 

Friday  Nurses from Sharp Hospital will be visting classes to teach about hand washing. Jump Rope for Heart. Details will follow.
