REGISTRATION FOR STUDENTS NEW TO DANA ONLY. 

 

REGISTRATION HOURS:  8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  AND 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO REGISTER:

 

1) Up-to-date Immunization Records

2) Proof of residency (utility bill, rental agreement, mortgage document, military housing orders)

3) Last Report Card

4) Birth Certificate
