At the March meeting, students will be choosing their room groups. There will be four girls or four boys in each room. Parents will be asked to sign off on room assignments before the assignments are approved. Chaperone groups will be announced at the April meeting.

In addition to room and chaperone assignments, we will be discussing the trip itinerary, packing, eating, and health concerns.
