Hey all future Pointer athletes! It's time to get your physical for the '08-09 school year. Please go to our school's website, www.pointlomahigh.com <https://exchange.sandi.net/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.pointlomahigh.com/> and click on the Athletic's link > Forms > Athletic Packet and complete pages 6 - 9. Every section must be filled out completly, except for the doctor's part. Your completed forms will be collected at the conclusion of the physical. Report to the PLHS boys' locker room starting at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, June 4. The cost is $25 (cash only). GET IT DONE NOW AND IT IS GOOD FOR ALL OF NEXT SCHOOL YEAR!!!! SEE YOU THERE!
