PlayItSafe Self-Defense Strategies for Children

PLAY IT SAFE-Defense Strategies for Children, will be holding a two-hour clinic for children ages 5 years to 11 years, at USA Freestyle Martial Arts on Saturday, August 16th. This class will give children the awareness and confidence training they need when facing bullying or teasing at school. Students are also taught "Stranger-Awareness" and abduction defense. Self-defense training is incorporated into the class curriculum. This class has been taught to over 7000 Girl & Boy scouts and in after-school programs since January, 2003.
