Multicultural Festival THIS FRIDAY March 27, 2009 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM Schedule of Events: 2:30 PM – Volunteers Needed: Decorations; any time is appreciated! 5:15 PM – Booth set-up complete* 5:15 PM – Student performers check in with Ms. McMillan on Blacktop: Parent chaperones needed to sit with classes during performances; please contact Gia Stuckey – [email protected] if you are able to help during the performances. Best seats in the house!! 5:30 PM – Welcome & Class Performances ON BLACKTOP (see below for class performance order) 6:15 PM – 6:15 PM – All Booths OPEN 6:30 PM – First Train Ride 6:30 PM – Portuguese Jr. Dance Group 6:50 PM – 7:10 PM – 7:30 PM – Eric Runningpath – Native American Performance 6:30 PM, 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM – Yoga in Library * Out of respect for our students, please make sure your booth is completely set up prior to the school performances.
