TB Tests are good for 4 years for returning volunteers you do not need another test.

New Volunteers must have a TB test within 60 days of submitting your volunteer application

You may have a test at your doctors office or any local clinic (CVS, Minute Clinic, County Health Department, etc.)

Tests must include the following information:

Date Given
Date Read
Millimeter Reading
Clinic/Doctors Location
Providers Signature/Stamp

Before Coming...

Complete a school volunteer application and turn in to your child's school

Site Volunteer Coordinator will screen application & run a Megan's Law check, then give you a

Pick Volunteer test card to bring to the clinic....this is your ticket in!

No appointment, but you will have to return March 17 for the test to be read
