FREE "Play It Safe" self defense class

21st Century Assets Grant is funding two free "Play It Safe" self defense classes in March.  They will be taught by Tracie Arlington of USA Freestyle Martial Arts.  She is also a certified instructor with the Women's Self Defense Institute.

Students can either sign-up for Saturday, March 19th, from 9:00-12:30pm.  or a two day class, March 22nd/23rd, from 2:30-4:30.

Water and snacks will be provided.  Students MUST pre-register with Debra Cota in the library;   [email protected]  Students will receive hands-on, realistic and practical self defense instruction.
