What: PLHS Football Game - Performance
When: 9/28/2012, 12:20 PM – 5:15 PM
Where: Call: Correia Band Room Walk to: PLHS

Student call time: 12:20pm (Correia MS) (Meet in 601 during 8th grade lunch)

Students will be walking.

1:00pm - Lunch at PLHS (Provided by PLHS boosters)

2:00pm - Line Up Outside

2:30pm - March Out to Stadium, perform Pre-game

Half-time - Students dismissed to parents from PLHS -OR- students can stay to end of game

5:15pm - Game Ends; Remaining students are dismissed to be picked up by parents or walk home.

PLHS MUSIC CENTER - Room 903

Enter the High School from Chatsworth Blvd. using the second driveway from Voltaire. Drop Students off at the "big" staircase. See attached map.

REHEARSAL AT PLHS ON SEPTEMBER 27TH IS MANDATORY. Students unable to attend CANNOT attend Friday's football game as a member of the Correia Fieldtrip!

*Music Lyre’s and band folios ARE NOT provided. Students should consider purchasing one or committing their music to memory.

*Parent volunteer drivers and walkers are needed! Correia admin. has requested a 1:10 ratio student to parent chaperone. You DO NOT need to stay for the game. Please email Mr. Dwyer if you can walk kids to PLHS. [email protected].
