1:00-2:30 - Current PLHS Football Team
2:30-3:30 - Current PLHS Fall Athletes
3:30-4:30 - Current PLHS Winter / Spring Athletes
4:30-5:30 - incoming Freshmen Athletes


For your convenience and as a fundraiser for Protect Our Pointers physicals will be given on Weds June 4 in the Athletic Training Room in the 1000 bldg at the cost of $25.

All athletes must have the athletic packet filled out, signed by a physician and turned into the finance office prior to tryouts, practicing or competing.

Please Note:

All athletes must have an Athletes Packet (all 17 pages) which includes a physical dated AFTER May 1, 2014 completed and turned in to the PLHS Financial Office to receive an Athletes Clearance Slip.The Athletes Clearance slip must then be turned into the Team Coach BEFORE the athlete can try out, practice or compete.

This fundraiser supports the Athletic Training Dept , which is staffed with an Certified Athletic Trainer every day and accessible to all athletes.
Athletes should bring pages 11-14 (partially completed as appropriate by parent) and $25 cash or $25 check made out to PLHSPA / POP to the physical at their assigned times.

We suggest any student who is planning to compete as a PLHS athlete in the 2014/2015 school year get the Physical and Athletes Packet completed, turned in and have their Athletes Clearance Slip on hand before Fall Season begins so that the athlete is cleared and can participate in conditioning and practice as the opportunities arise.
